By accessing or using FriendTime ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FriendTime is a group event scheduling platform that allows users to create events, invite guests, coordinate availability, and communicate via email and SMS. The Service integrates with Google Calendar to help users find available times.

3. SMS Communications

By providing a phone number and using FriendTime's invite or notification features, you consent to receive SMS text messages from FriendTime related to event invitations, RSVP updates, and date confirmations.

• Message frequency varies based on event activity.
• Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent to that number.
• To request help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@puglysoftware.com.
• FriendTime does not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pugly Software and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pugly Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
