1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use FriendTime:
- Account information: Your name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google when you sign in.
- Google Calendar data: Free/busy availability information used solely to suggest event times. We do not store your calendar events.

- Check your Google Calendar availability to suggest event times
- Create and manage Google Calendar events when you choose to sync

3. SMS Messaging
When you provide a guest's phone number and send an SMS invite, that number is used solely to deliver the event invitation and date confirmation notifications. We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages.
- Phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
- Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- Message frequency depends on event activity (typically 1–3 messages per event).
- Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers: Twilio (SMS delivery), SendGrid (email delivery), Google (authentication and calendar), and our hosting providers (Render, Vercel). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Other event participants: Your name is visible to other guests of events you join. Hosts can see guest names and email addresses.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.
5. Google API Data
FriendTime uses Google APIs to authenticate users and access Google Calendar. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access free/busy data — we do not read, store, or share the content of your calendar events.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and event data for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual events at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at contact@puglysoftware.com.
7. Security
